Principles and standards for teamwork and launching community initiatives.

The aim of the project: Developing the capabilities of workers in charitable societies and community organizations to implement initiatives and projects.n

Two training programs were implemented by Ensan on “Principles and Standards of Teamwork” and “Launching Community Initiatives”. The project targeted citizens and refugees in refugee communities. The training targeted a group of civil society organizations in the cities of Ramtha and Mafraq in Jordan for their workers and volunteers.
