“Sawa” program “To find spaces free from bullying” Development of Safe Schools and Recreational Areas – Young Volunteers to End Violence Against Children.

Ensan for Training and development submitted the following three deliverables to the ministry of education in the aim of reducing bullying in Jordanian schools:

Deliverable 1: Three training guide designed to reduce bullying:
– A manual for educational administrators in Jordanian schools.
– A manual for teachers and educational counselors in Jordanian schools.
– A manual guide for school students for the higher basic grades.

Deliverable 2: Toolkits Revision

Deliverable 3: Training Workshops [Face-to-Face delivery]
A two-day workshop was held for (7) groups; two groups in the northern region, two groups in the southern region, and three groups in the central region of Jordan, for (15) participants for each group. Addition to building training kits to work on establishing trainers in this field to transfer expertise to workers in the Jordanian Ministry of Education.
